Church Planting and Renewal would like to partner with our churches and Conferences to help them become healthy, vibrant churches that glorify God and fulfill the ministry that God has called them to do.  With this in mind we are putting together strategies and procedures that we can use to plant churches and help local churches with the renewal/revitalization process.
